Holy Spirit Catholic College Lakemba strives through the work of the Mission Team to build a relationship between church and school and support the family as the primary educators of their children. Families are provided an opportunity for faith-building through events led by the college such as:

- Father’s Day
- Feast Days
- Masses and Liturgies
- Back to Parish Masses
The newsletter provides regular information regarding the faith life of the College and church communities. The college also liaises with the Josephite and Young LaSallia’s Team to offer opportunities for evangelisation throughout the year. The College will also help support the work of the local parishes for RCIA and sacramental programs.
